Join the Boston Nature Center the Emerald Necklace Conservancy and Franklin Park Coalition at Franklin Park’s Scarboro Pond to learn more about its aquatic environment.
In Pond Life Exploration, we will learn about all the creatures that live in and around ponds – from dragonflies to voles and shrews, and the birds that eat them. We will use dip nets to collect pond creatures and observe these fascinating animals under microscopes before returning them to their home.
